The Inter School Premier league (ISPL) is BIHAR’s biggest talent hunt for promotion of grass root sports. An initiative of the SWARG NGO, the ISPL, as it’s popularly known, offers the ultimate platform for teenager youngsters to participate.
Here we would also like to bring your kind notice that we have been aiming to form cricket teams comprising those talented cricket players who have not been able to make it big or have been left out from the state/city or national squads.

The ISPL takes utmost care to motivate the young aspirants to try and fulfil their cricket
dreams. An esteemed panel of Mentors, Motivators, Skill Development and Nutrition
specialists will conduct sessions at the pre match camps for all the registered probables
for their overall development and motivation before the matches are conducted.
