About ISPL Sports

Our NGO SWARG is on a mission to ignite a passion for sports in the state of Bihar and endeavoring to inculcate sporting values into teenagers from school level. Also we believe that it would not only bring back the sporting vigour in Bihar but also help Bihar in finding genuine talent at an early stage so that with proper training, such talent can realize and concretize their true potential.

What is ISPL ?
ISPL is a platform for tournament event aimed at promoting various sports such as cricket, football, hockey, rugby, badminton, carom, chess, table tennis etc. and many more, at the grassroots level among school children. Such tournaments taking place at a regular basis would also help in building the required infrastructure for sports culture in Bihar.

Our Objectives:
Bihar since times in memorial has been the land of enormous talented people with its human capital it has truly been the fuel driving entire nation towards prosperity. However in the field of sports, Bihar has not been able to capitalize its true potential as such probably because talent is not nurtured at the school level. Yes we had some renowned sports personalities but in a state with a population exceeding 13 crores one has to undoubtedly ponder that there are more such hidden talents in the mantle of Bihar.

Our Goals:
This will become a great platform for showcasing as well as nurturing the talent and skills of promising talent in Bihar. All matches of the tournament will be telecast live on our website, social media pages, so that the talent of Bihar can be seen throughout the globe. It will boost the confidence of our youngsters and they would get acclamation by the national and international level and will make a great future for themselves.

Our Aim:
It sounds like ISPL (presumably referring to the Indian Sports Promotion League) aims to elevate the status and recognition of sports at all levels, including school teams. They seem to be addressing the issue of there being abundant talent at the grassroots level but limited opportunities for recognition and development. Indeed, in a cricket-loving nation like India, where the sport holds immense cultural and national significance, nurturing talent from schools becomes crucial. Schools serve as the breeding ground for future athletes, not just in cricket but in various other sports as well. Recognizing and providing opportunities for these budding talents can help in harnessing the potential that exists across the country. Efforts like those of ISPL can play a significant role in promoting sports culture, identifying talented individuals, and providing them with platforms to showcase their skills. By focusing on grassroots development and providing opportunities for young athletes, organizations like ISPL contribute to the overall growth and success of sports in India.
